Doesn't work with the grigri+ as it seems to grab on the steel insert in cross-loading situations, and the carabiner just seems to catch on the grigri+ a lot. Also doesn't work with the megajul as the carabiner is too thick for that scenario too.
The gate unlocking action may be good or bad in your use case -- you MUST push up before twisting, as twisting while pushing up requires more force while pushing up. Maybe that's just an issue with the eco though.
The ACL is very strong though. Much better than the carabiner it was intended to replace -- an austrialpine ronda
Ended up just going on my PAS instead
