Product description
Lightweight and breathable trail running hardshell jacket for men
The Alpine GTX Jacket from Dynafit is more than just a rain jacket. Apart from being very lightweight, it also features waterproof, windproof and breathability properties. All this is possible thanks to the GORE-TEX Paclite membrane, which is waterproof from the outside, but allows any body moisture to escape from the inside. And if things get even sweatier, you can make the jacket a little breezier in no time using the underarm ventilation or the full-length zip at the front.
Zip-over backpack system
Thanks to the innovative zip-over backpack system, your running backpack and its contents stay dry even during prolonged rain showers. This system enables the jacket to be extended at the back via a long zip so that you can simply wear it over your running backpack. The cut is designed so that it fits you perfectly, both with the backpack system open and closed, and allows for unrestricted freedom of movement.
Stowable inside itself, sustainable and reflective
If things become too warm to wear the Alpine GTX Jacket, it can be stowed away inside its own hood in no time at all, resulting in a small pack size. In addition, taped seams provide even greater protection against penetrating moisture and reflective details offer better safety in low light conditions. Plus, excellent comfort with the perfect fit are guaranteed by the elasticated cuffs and hem. As an extra bonus, this rain jacket is bluesign approved which lets you know just how sustainable and environmentally-friendly it is.

Used for about 6 months now and am happy with it, performed great in heavy rain during a mountain hike. It is a bit tight, I am normally an L size but got the XL one, which fits, also over my 12 ltr trail running vest/backpack while using the back zipper to give more space in the back. I mainly use it for hiking and tracking due to its small pack size and light weight but also its great waterproof and breathing performance, this is the jacket I prefer to bring. Even wore it as an outer shell while cross country skiing. Only down side is the steep price...but got it for the 25% off sale which comes along twice a year or so.
