Hello Anna, The sizing is really quite generous. Best to go down a size unless you want a very roomy parka.

Hi Jacquie, This is a fully synthetic jacket which you can wash at home yourself in a normal synthetic cycle. I would only suggest you use something like Nikwax Techwash to wash the coat and Nikwax TX Direct to revive the DWR treatment.
