Product description
The Dachstein Mont Blanc EV is a fully crampon-compatible mountaineering boot for alpine tours on rock and ice. The boot features an integrated Recco reflector in the right shoe, which could come in particularly handy for mountaineers in the wintertime. It's amazing that a feature that is (or at least should be) the norm among skiers and snowboarders is now available exclusively in the Dachstein boot. It could literally save your life! In addition to this innovative feature, the last manufacturing technique employed in the construction of the Mont Blanc gives the boot supreme stability, which is ideal for use with crampons. The rand at the front and back of the boot will allow any kind of crampon binding to fit. The neoprene collar serves to protect the area above your ankle from rocks and snow. The velour leather and Cordura Mesh on the outside make the boot very robust, and the PrimaLoft lining will keep your feet nice and warm on those icy cold days. The Dachstein Mont Blanc is also equipped with a waterproof eVent membrane (familiar to some from their ski jackets), making the Mont Blanc one of the absolute best models Dachstein has to offer! This thing will conquer any alpine adventure with ease!
