Product description
The Swing from Camp is a self-belay sling for alpine climbing and mountaineering. It combines a dynamic rope with a diameter of 9.7 mm and an ergonomic ascender. With this, you can adjust the distance to the anchor point easily (ranging from 20 to 100 cm). The Swing is tied to your harness’ belay loop using a cow hitch. You can connect it to a belay station using a carabiner (not included), which is clipped into the aluminium ascender. In addition, the Swing can be used as a resting sling for via ferratas (note: it does not replace a via ferrata set!)

I find it hard to adjust the rope length. It requires a lot of strength to tighten the rope and it is almost impossible to do it one hand.
