Product description
When every gram you carry counts: Choucas by Blue Ice is an Alpine harness with minimal weight and the smallest possible packed dimensions. The harness weighs just about 170 grams, and is the perfect choice for ski touring, mountaineering, and for expeditions. Its low weight is achieved by foregoing additional padding (which would be in the way when walking anyway), and the use of Dyneema as the harness material.
The sophisticated locking system opens up the Choucas completely, which means the harness is quickly put on without having to first take off skis or crampons. That means Choucas is donned quickly and safely when things get risky. When it is no longer needed, Choucas quickly folds away into the pouch provided - a perfect harness for the high mountains!
