Product description
The Momentum from Black Diamond are made for avid climbers, beginners and anyone that’ll wear climbing shoes during a day full of climbing. Thanks to their high-quality materials and the special construction, the climbing shoes are incredibly comfortable and ensure great performance.
They feature a durable knitted upper that’ll mould to and optimally protect your feet. This, along with the soft lining ensures your feet are comfortably and securely enclosed. In addition, they’re equipped with two hook-and-loop straps that allow the shoes to be closed quickly and easily.
Thanks to the high-quality rubber sole, the climbing shoes offer excellent traction both on crags and in the hall. Some other great features include the slightly asymmetrical shape as well as the flat last that are particularly well suited for sloped routes and vertical terrain. They’re also outfitted with a raised rubber rand at the toes and heels to protect the shoes and it even provides a great grip during more complex moves.

I get these mainly for the comfortability. I get them half a size below my street size and they're quite snug, but don't pinch my feet at all.
Don't get me wrong, they do what they need to do for a relaxed day at the crag. But I wouldn't recommend them for (steep) bouldering. But that's not what they're made for anyway.
