Climbing shoes for steep routes
The Method S Climbing Shoes from Black Diamond are designed for steep climbing routes. They have light pre-tensioning and feature a soft midsole. With their moulded heels and rubber inserts at the toes, the climbing shoes allow effortless heel and toe hooks. The climbing shoes are equipped with hook-and-loop fasteners and have a non-slip Black Label Fuse rubber sole.
Sport climbing shoes with Black Label Fuse soles
With the moulded Black Label Fuse climbing soles, the Method S Climbing Shoes from Black Diamond have a high friction value and excellent grip. They’re made with a synthetic engineered knit that’s used as a breathable and durable upper material. Thanks to the pull tabs, they are easy to put on and take off.
The breathable shoes are comfortable, making them great for long routes that are technically difficult. They’re completed by hook-and-loop fasteners to make adjustments and get a good fit.

Fantastic grip (way stickier than vibram), all-day comfy once bedded in, bags of grip, very versatile, and a great gym/gritstone shoe.
Only downsides are - being almost entirely rubber, they get sweaty fast, and the heel is a little bulbous for techy heel hook work.
All said, a fantastic shoe for the money. And the camo looks crazy.
