The Distance FLZ trail running poles from Black Diamond are super comfortable thanks to their cosy, soft grips. The poles can be folded, so they’ll barely take up any space in your backpack or can be easily placed on your running belt.

Adjustable length

Equipped with a clamping system, you can easily adjust the length of the poles. You can operate this system by using one hand, which means you can make adjustments during your run without having to stop. In addition, both the baskets and the tips can be replaced for versatile use. They’re completed by wrist straps with hook-and-loop fasteners to ensure a good fit and a perfect power transfer.
