Super light and still extremely windproof: the Alpine Start Hoodie from Black Diamond. This incredibly thin windproof jacket is not only lightweight but has an extremely small pack size as well. This makes it perfect as back-up jacket on hill walks and climbing trips. Whenever you're not using it, you can pack it down nice and small in the chest pocket. For optimal protection from wind and cold air, the jacket is equipped with an adjustable and helmet-compatible hood. Plus, the elastic cuffs will prevent the sleeves riding up and make for a snug fit. Of course, the drawcord hem helps with this as well.

Very light, breathable and stowable in its own pocket. I use it at climbing and cycling. Not very waterproof though. I mean its ok in light rain for a while but not for long time or heavy rain.
