This is what customers from around the world say:
It’s a good pad with a non-slip surface, and it stays quiet even if you move around a lot in your sleep. Packing it is a little more difficult, but once you get used to it, you get better at it.

I am extremely disappointed with Big Agnes. Not only did my Divide sleeping pad develop a serious structural defect (twisted and detached internal insulation), but now a second pad from the same brand is showing the exact same issue.I would also like to mention that a close friend who originally introduced me to Big Agnes experienced the exact same issue with the same model. This clearly isn’t normal wear — it looks like a recurring design or manufacturing problem.
I originally chose Big Agnes because of their “lifetime warranty,” but in my experience, it has been worthless. Big Agnes dismissed my claim.
At this point, my confidence in Big Agnes has dropped to zero. Multiple pads failing, no help from customer support, and a warranty that feels like pure marketing rather than a real commitment. I strongly regret investing in their gear and will not be buying from them again.
