The Backland UL from Atomic is a super lightweight and safe hybrid EPP In-Mold helmet that is perfect for ski touring. Thanks to its multi-standard certification and airy removable SkiMo lining, you can also wear it in summer for climbing and biking without an issue - a helmet for all occasions!
Reliable protection and fantastic comfort
The special hybrid construction combines EPP edge protection with In-Mold technology. As a result, the helmet is extremely tough yet, at the same time, very light. Meanwhile, the Aircon ventilation system ensures excellent wearing comfort, even when things get sweaty - ideal for sports activities. Beneath the outer helmet shell, Holo Core and AMID (Atomic Multi-Directional Impact Deflector) provide great impact protection. In addition, the helmet is made from 43% recycled materials and is characterised by its sophisticated features. A headlamp holder, detachable strap station and a reflective element provide enhanced safety in low light conditions.
All in all, the Backland UL is the ideal helmet for athletes who are looking for a versatile helmet with optimum protection at the lowest possible weight.
