The Vertex Alpine from Arc'teryx are technical GORE-TEX approach shoes that strike a balance between sturdiness, traction and a quick, lightweight construction. They combine the fit and functionality of trail running shoes with the stability needed for long days out on technical terrain.
With a grippy Vibram XS Flash 2 sole
The Vibram XS Flash 2 outsole offers excellent friction and edging stability and is designed for perfect performance on the trail and for the best grip on both wet and dry surfaces.
Abrasion-resistant for higher durability
Meanwhile, a TPU collar and toe cap protect your feet in rough and rocky terrain. Plus, the hard-wearing upper material provides good durability to ensure that these approach shoes have a long life ahead of them.
