Work on your ant-like strength with the Knockers 80 from Antworks! These spherical handles will fit on the Antworks Ant Hill peg boards, the Power Ant Mini and the Strong Ant II. In contrast to simple sticks, these holds give you the option of practising your pinch grip. Plus, you'll be able to train your forearms even more effectively. The holds were made by hand using strong, skin-friendly and environmentally friendly solid beech wood. With the Knockers 80, all you avid climbers and boulderers will have a blast!
