I recently bought this shoes, but after wearing them a few times, I realized it was not a good decision for trail running. The shoe is much too soft for this type of activity. While it might be fine for running on roads or track, using it on uneven, hilly terrain, dirt roads, feels very unsafe and increases the risk of injury.
I have owned several lightweight Hokas before, and they are significantly more stable than this shoe. Although the shoe is nice and comfortable, I now only use it for work and casual walking.
In summary, don't buy this shoe for trail running. It's just not suitable for that purpose.
