Product description
The Trekker Lite III GTX is the third iteration of a popular walking shoe from AKU that is both lightweight and very durable. It was designed primarily for easy to intermediate day hikes. It comes equipped with a GORE-TEX membrane to wick away moisture from the inside and prevent it getting in from the outside. That way, your feet will stay nice and dry. For the upper, AKU has used leather for the most part, but incorporated a few textile elements as well. The protective rand gives the shoe some extra durability so that you don’t have to worry about sharp rock on your walks and hikes. As for the sole, it offers good cushioning, traction and allows your foot to transition naturally. The Trekker Lite is an efficient and reliable option for day hikes.

Boots are 100% made by a proper boot maker. They are solid and grippy and quite light. Only gripe, they're a bit hard under foot but they cope well well gnarly ground
