Product description
The Tengu Lite GTX from AKU is a lightweight trekking boot with a perfect fit and Vibram outsole for superior grip! Thanks to the Air 8000 upper along with the eco-friendly Dani suede leather, this boot is significantly more breathable than other GTX boots in the same category. Of course, it still has a GORE-TEX membrane, so it’s waterproof as well. Plus, the fabric used for the upper is surprisingly tough for a Lite model, making the boot an excellent choice for multi-day walks and treks in hot mountainous regions. You can rock it when trekking on an island, hiking up a volcano or hiking in the Alps. Thanks to the lasting board, sole unit and protective rand, the Tengu Lite GTX provides plenty of (lateral) stability despite how light it is. That way, you can make you’re way safely down the rocky terrain without twisting your ankle.

These are the most comfortable, best fitting boots I have ever worn. The fit is excellent, supportive and snug without feeling tight or restrictive. I have been through several boots in the last few years and on long hikes (15 miles+) I always suffered foot pain but have no issues now whatsoever. There are no negatives.
