The wool never loses its insulating power, even in damp conditions! The ripped leg cuffs keep the socks in place without slipping. Smooth, warm, nice color (autumn red).
Definitely not a technical sock, made from the same material, no heel or toe enforcements. For technical use I would recommend Bridgedale - for the same price.
Runs large, I wear size 42, ordered 40-44 and it is loose, would not be comfortable in a trekking boot.

Hi Alexander, The current price of £16.95 is the price for one pair. Great socks though. Very warm ,comfortable and durable.
