Lightweight, durable and environmentally friendly: the Women's HKG Core Mid hiking boots from Vaude.
Made of durable and environmentally friendly leather with a Sympatex membrane, the boots are completely waterproof. They’re equipped with a recycled lining that has excellent moisture management properties. As for the soft leather collar, it offers a secure hold and protects against the elements. Plus, you can adjust the fit with the help of the flexible lacing system and put them on quickly thanks to the pull tabs.
Some other great features include the Vaude HKG outsole that offers excellent traction on any surface and the cushioning midsole with the biomechanical flex grooves that saves your energy. In addition, the ergonomic heel design promotes a natural rolling motion. Thanks to the rock guard, reinforced heels and toes, your feet will be protected on stony terrain. Was disappointed by these boots, as they came up too small. Maybe they have US sizing. Luckily had ordered another pair from a different brand, which were fine.
