This is what other customers say:
Second one I have owned, used primarily for cycling and as a day pack but also great for travel as hand baggage - the old one eventually failed after constant use and probably overloading. The new model has some nice improvements but as with the original I would appreciate it to be slightly deeper. Overall however - highly recommended.

I bought this pack primarily as a commuter pack to hold my 15" laptop on my trek to work. It works amazingly, and is a nice, lightweight pack to have while cycling to work every day. I also use it for traveling and hiking, and it is a nice daypack to have while traveling.
