Hi Angus,
Unfortunately, we don't have the information on the weight of size L but you can be sure it will weigh towards 1.7kg. The fit isn't too spacious and if anything fairly normal for a mummy bag with a width of 75cm. This could however be a bit tight for some. The temperature ratings are apparently of EN norm. There is a covering over the zip but not an insulated baffle.
