Good but straps catch

Used for the last month. Good deep container. Rear straps of lid are difficult to get on and off when the system is on the bike and the ones at the back catch in the gear hub/ wheel when riding, which is a bad design. They then either snag the wheel/hub and get oily. It would be far better if the lid/bag clips attached to the top of the rear of the box. I was surprised that specialized made this kind of mistake.
