We never received this product!

I bought this at the Christmas sale price. It was last one in stock. This should have been an excellent tent but we never received it! It was lost in transit by Evri. Evri is an appalling delivery company. I don’t know Alpine Trek don’t use eg. DPD or other more reliable company?
Alpine Trek customer service arranged a refund but we wanted the tent!
