Product description
Minimalist sandals with a barefoot feel
With the Solo sandals from Source you’ll feel as if you are walking barefoot - whether for casual use or in nature, these sandals are designed for everyday use. The combination of a rubber sole with an EVA layer results in a unique wearing comfort as both materials are thin, lightweight and flexible. In addition, the EVA layer also adapts to the individual shape of your foot. This comfortable feeling is rounded off with a microfibre padding on the heel strap. With the Source X-Strap-Design you’re offered a good and secure grip, plus you can adjust the straps to your liking. A particularly practical feature is that the end of the strap doesn’t stick out from the sandals to annoy you.

Being so thin and light, I was worried that the soles would offer no protection whatsoever.
While this pair of sandals is definitely a "barefoot" type of sandal, I was positively surprised by the amortization and feeling of the soles.
I'd also say that they look better in person than in a picture... although IMO sandals never look great, but that's me.
I've returned this product to Alpinetrek (usual 5-star experience with returns - you have to pay, but the home collection is great). But only because I found the colour I wanted at another reseller.
