Product description
The Ascent Series is the most versatile down sleeping bag collection from Sea to Summit. The unique design offers more space than traditional mummy sleeping bags, but still provides excellent thermal efficiency, so you can use it whilst adventuring above the treeline. The Ascent AcIII is the high-end model in this three-piece series, boasting the highest down fill and the most powerful insulation. Plus, it comes with a compression bag, which gives it a surprisingly small pack size. This is due in part to the Free-Flow triple-zip System, which also gives you a variable ventilation option. The half-length zip on the right and the full-length zip on the left allow you to stretch out your arms and give you the option of folding the upper portion of the bag over like a blanket. If it gets warmer outside, you can use the two-way full-length zip and the additional zip at the foot box to convert the bag into a quilt.
If you get too cold, zip up the bag, cinch the drawcords and snuggle up in the large hood, which has a dual cord adjustment for ultimate comfort. The use of high-quality 750+ loft down guarantees high levels of insulation, whilst the oversized draught tube, complete with anti-snag materials, prevents heat loss through the zip.
Lastly, the Ascent AcIII comes equipped with the Zip Coupling system, which allows you to pair this bag with other compatible sleeping bag models quickly and easily.
