Great customer service

I like the bag very much. Instantly got warm. It is a bit tight around the chest for me, but this is the largest bag I could find, so I can’t complain. It still (barely) zips shut, but that is because I have a 52in/132cm chest and have to wear XXL shirts. I think it would fit perfectly for normal sized people.

Very good quality and the shipping was fast. I had some questions and Yolene was more than helpful and quick to respond. Very good customer service! I will definitely come back to this company again for my trekking needs.
