Air leaked at buttons

Comfy enough but air leaked at one of buttons.
Alpinetrek were very good with the refund

Arrived defective

Arrived defective - received a swift refund from Bergfreunde. I'm not sure what's up with this formerly trusted brand, but two products in the same order had a bad valve, making them completely useless.
