Hi George,
The question for me would be much more to do with the width that you need. Scarpa, in general have a regular fit and the wide fit will be no more than that of the regular fit from the likes of Lowa, Meindl or Hanwag. If you've no more than a EE fit then EU 46. If you have a wider fit then you'd be best to look for a wide fitting shoe from thos brands mentioned above.
