Responsive midsole

They have a lightweight, single-layer mesh upper that ensures excellent ventilation. Plus, they have a removable insole made of PWRRUN+ foam on an EVA base that offers comfortable support and extra cushioning. The responsive midsole effectively absorbs impact forces and has excellent energy return. This propels you forward. With a sole height of 31 mm at the heel, the shoes are also ideal for half marathon distances. As for the outsole, it’s extremely flexible and provides a good feel of the ground.

The feel of the Women's Kinvara 14 is similar to barefoot shoes. They are ideal for light to mid-weight forefoot runners who want to pick up the pace.
