Hi Natalie,

A phone will just about squeeze in there but with the flasks in place it will sit a bit awkwardly.

Sizing is based on chest measurements:

XXS 76-81.5cm
XS 81-86.5cm
S 86-90.5cm
M 90-96.5cm
L 96-102.5cm
