Lightweight, minimalist climbing harness for ski mountaineering and glacier tours
The Ortles Harness from Salewa is a lightweight, minimalist, compact climbing harness for ski mountaineering and glacier tours. It features a webbing with different widths. It is thinner at the buckle to decrease the weight and wider at points of high pressure to absorb the resulting forces and distribute them evenly over the entire harness. This also ensures comfort. In addition, the Dual Salewa Easy-Slide buckles at the waist provide a high level of security and are easy to adjust when putting on or taking off clothing, even when wearing gloves. The leg loop buckles can be released completely, allowing the harness to be put on without removing your skis or crampons.
