Product description
Waterproof jacket for multi-day tours with little luggage
If you're looking for a jacket that’s as weatherproof as a hardshell, yet as flexible as a softshell jacket, then you’ve got to take a look at the Kinetic Alpine 2.0 Jacket from Rab. Thanks to its highly flexible ProFlex material, the incredible jacket offers a full range of motion whilst mountaineering and climbing. The high-performance material is light, does not rustle and also offers optimal weather protection.
Very breathable and has reinforced inserts at high-wear areas
It features a high-performance membrane with a hydrostatic head of 10,000 mm and has a breathability of 35,000 g/m2/24 hrs. As a result, you’ll remain comfortable even if you break out into a sweat whilst being out in the rain. Plus, the jacket is equipped with durable, stretchy polyamide reinforcements at high wear areas, such as the areas that come in contact with a backpack and climbing harness.
The multi-adjustable hood is also designed to be worn over a helmet. In addition, the Kinetic Alpine 2.0 Jacket from Rab is equipped with water-repellent YKK zips. It’s completed by adjustable cuffs and a drawstring at the hem for extra protection against the cold and moisture.
The features at a glance:
- 3-layer Proflex material with a breathable membrane
- Reinforced areas for use with a backpack, helmet and harness
- Adjustable, helmet-compatible hood with a flexible brim
