Kept me warm at Everest base case trek

Bought this sleeping bag for a 14 day Everest base camp trek. I read the temperatures reached around -10 at night.
This was more than capable.
I wasn’t cold once at night. I even had to unzip
It to cool down.
Highly recommended and i can vouch for the temperature rating
