Product description
Petzl designed its Meteor Climbing Helmet to keep you safe while you climb with the utmost comfort in mind. The first thing you might notice is how many ventilated slits there are for maximum air circulation that helps cool your head on the hottest days on the mountain. Petzl used polycarbonate for the shell in order to keep it both lightweight and ready to take the impact. The helmet's polystyrene liner is breathable and comfortable, and it stabilizes the helmet on your head so you don't have to readjust it after every pitch you climb. Its headband cinches across your head for an ideal fit, and it folds into the helmet for easy travel. The adjustable chin strap has a magnetic buckle so you can clip it on with one hand. This helmet is also compatible with a headlamp or Petzl's Vizion eye shield so you're ready to send whatever route comes your way.
