Product description
Versatile waterproof jacket made of environmentally friendly materials
The Women's Torrentshell 3L Jacket from Patagonia is a real bestseller. Whether you're hiking, backpacking or just going about your daily life, you can rely on this women's waterproof jacket. It’s built to protect you against the rain and wind. It has a simple, everyday design and is also responsibly produced.
Material
The jacket is made of 100% recycled, 3-layer hardshell material and meets the H2No Performance Standard. This is a rigorous testing process used by Patagonia to ensure the highest levels of waterproofing, breathability and durability. This ensures that the jacket provides good protection even in prolonged, heavy rain and intensive use. The material is also completely PFC-free.
Pockets and hood
The jacket has two hand-warmer pockets and underarm zips with external storm flaps. Another great feature includes the two-way adjustable hood with the laminated brim that can be conveniently rolled up and stowed away with a hook-and-loop fastener.
Can be stowed in its own pocket
A practical feature is that the jacket can be easily compressed and stowed away in one of the two hand-warmer pockets. This means you can easily carry it in your backpack and take it out when it starts to rain.
Made in a Fair Trade-certified factory
Patagonia attaches great importance to responsible production. This applies to both the materials used and the working conditions under which the products are manufactured. The Women's Torrentshell 3L Jacket is made in a Fair Trade-certified factory.

This is what other customers say:
I thought about purchasing one for a year!
The jacket is not cheap at all but it’s so versatile. I even wore it during the rainy London winter run. I thought I was crazy wearing it, and anxious it will make me overheat. But no. I was comfortable running in it (I’m a beginner okay?). Also I’ve been using this everyday to work and around town since it looks good and you just have to choose a colour that will work best with your wardrobe.
For the sizing, I am 5’2” 50kg slim. XS will definitely fit but I got small since I want to layer warmer jackets underneath it during the colder days so I can make use of it all year long

I have had this rain coat for a while now and have repurchased as I sadly lost my previous one. I love how light-weight this raincoat is, perfect for warmer weather. It is extremely waterproof also (exactly what you need from a raincoat) and I have no doubt that it will remain this way. Only think I dislike is that there is no soft fabric lining so it does not feel so nice on bare skin. But this is probably a tradeoff for the coat being so lightweight.
Would purchase again if I lost it again!!
