The Swisswool Piz Vial Jacket from Ortovox is just the right choice for alpine activities in freezing cold! This insulation jacket uses recycled Pertex Quantum Diamond Fuse outer material, which is completely windproof and offers high breathability. The polyamide fabric also has water-repellent properties and is extremely abrasion-resistant despite its lightness.When it comes to the insulation, Ortovox relies entirely on an environmentally friendly Swisswool filling made from high-quality virgin wool and synthetic fibre, which delivers excellent thermal performance even in wet conditions.
Perfectly protected from the cold
The high collar offers additional protection against wind and cold, while the ergonomic cut and elastic inserts at the sleeves and hem ensure optimal freedom of movement. The jacket is also equipped with an inner pocket and two zipped front pockets that provide secure storage space for important small items and are easily accessible even when wearing a backpack.
