The Pala Light Vest from Ortovox is a must for climbing long routes on tough crags. Its extremely abrasion-resistant Merino Shield Tec material passes more than 50,000 abrasion cycles in the Martindale test, which is the standard procedure used to test abrasion resistance. This means that the Pala Light can withstand even the roughest rock face. It’s also been equipped with extra reinforcements at high-wear areas such as the shoulders and hips. In addition, the comfortable softshell Pala Light Vest provides lots of freedom of movement thanks to its 4-way stretch material and the athletic fit.
Sophisticated design and special features
Thanks to its membrane-free construction, the fine merino wool lining and the merino mesh inserts at the collar and waistband, the vest is guaranteed to be breathable and comfortable. It’s completed by the elastic hem with an adjustment system that ensure a good fit and more mobility.
