Very much preserved the strength of my fingers during the lockdown
Ive been using this product for a month or so now, if you have the right set up and surroundings it might be an amazing piece of equipment, the rope that comes attatched is a little short for some moves and a little long for others.
Hard work but great for finger training and core work
