Product description
Underneath its elegant design and rich details, the Marmot Women's Montreaux Down Coat is a cold-weather killer. The 700-fill down insulation's high warmth-to-weight ratio means you stay super warm without being weighed down by a heavy winter coat, and the down compresses easily for convenient packing on vacations. Marmot added its proprietary Down Defender treatment to the down so the feathers won't lose warmth if wetness happens to seep through the shell's DWR coating and the plush fleece lining's WR coating. The long length of this coat extends the down warmth past your mid-thighs so you stay extra cozy whether you're sporting slacks or boots, leggings, and a skirt. The Montreaux also features an insulated hood that keeps your head nice and toasty so you don't have to squish your hair down with a beanie every day, and both the hood and its fashionable fur ruff are removable. Marmot lined the front pockets with micro fleece for a cozy feeling your fingers appreciate. The internal zippered pocket is the best place to protect your phone, and the internal drop pocket stores your gloves when you make it to work, completely warm and dry of course.

This is what other customers say:
This coat is awesome. It has a velvety feel inside and you don't need loads of layers on underneath. It provides great warmth, and the hood is especially impressive as it gives good protection from the wind and rain. I would definitely recommend - well worth spending that bit extra for a reliable winter coat.
