The Trion 38 mountaineering backpack from Mammut is the perfect choice for athletic day and weekend tours in the mountains. Whether you're climbing, mountaineering, ice climbing or ski touring - the ergonomic and slim-cut backpack with a volume of 38 litres and versatile tool holder slots offers plenty of storage space for all your important mountain sports equipment.
Lightweight toploader with additional zip on the side
For maximum flexibility and reliable organisation options, the Trion 38 toploader can be opened either from the top or via the side zip. This means that provisions, a change of clothing and climbing equipment are always within easy reach. Meanwhile, there is a separate compartment for avalanche transceiver equipment as well. Ice axes, ice tools or poles can easily be attached to the front.
In addition, this breathable and athletic backpack features a lightweight carrying system with padded shoulder straps, hip belt and sternum strap. Lastly, a water and dirt-repellent DWR treatment and side compression straps complete the Trion 38 backpack. This lightweight and tough Mammut backpack is perfectly tailored to the needs of mountaineering and alpine climbing.

Love that you can detach the lid section and also the waist harness as well to slim the bag down and I find the wider chest strap comfortable
