Product description
The Aconcagua Midlayer Jacket from Mammut is made of the functional Polartec Power Stretch Pro material. The high-performance functional fabric is easy to move in, breathable and dries quickly. The fleece jacket also provides toasty warmth and wicks moisture away to the outside.
It features two high-set front pockets that you can easily reach even when you’re carrying a backpack or wearing a climbing harness. It’s also equipped with a high collar, a front zip with a chin guard and underlap and thumb loops at the sleeve ends. Depending on the weather, you can wear Mammut when hiking or climbing. It’s ideal as a mid-layer in cold weather.

I have the jacket now for approximately half a year and I am very satisfied! I have been using it during hikes as well as long backpacking trips and has served me very well. It is warm, comfortable, and the cut nicely fits. The only negative thing I noticed is that in one place, the fabric started to slightly crumble after contact with some rocks. It is nothing serious, though somewhat contradicts Mammut's claims of durability. Despite this, I would absolutely recommend it!
