Product description
As the name suggests, the Mammut Alpine Classic Rope is a super versatile climbing rope made for alpine multi-pitch tours. Boasting an 8 mm diameter, this rope is double certified as a half and twin rope. As a result, the rope is absolutely perfect for classic alpine tours or trad climbing thanks to its lightweight and reliability.
In addition, the Alpine Classic Rope was designed based on Mammut’s bestseller rope, the Phoenix. So, reliability and safety on the crag is guaranteed! Plus, since the rope doesn’t feature a dry treatment, it’s free of PFC. Consequently, you should try to protect the rope against moisture. But, who likes climb in the rain anyway?
The Alpine Classic Rope is based on the well-known 8.0 Phoenix Classic and is in no way inferior in terms of quality!
