Suitable for derailleur gear bikes?

Are these suitable for derailleur gear bikes?

The original M-Wave trailer axle is longer on the right hand side so the trailer doesn't hit the derailleur when going over humps and bumps.

that depends on the length of the axle you have. These are only the adaptors.

Hi Max, do you sell the m-wave through axel shown in the picture that these attach to? I can only find the quick release version.
