I had previously had a cheaper set if Nordic poles to practise with. The new lightweight Lekis are really worth the extra money. They perform brilliantly on all terrain, help with posture, aid uphill and make walking and keeping fit more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this purchase and seller.

I am 5 ft 7 inches and would like something that's lightweight, can collapse, and is height adjustable. I only plan to use on paths and pavements. I had heart valve surgery in 2021 and suffer with COPD and long covid. I just want to be sure I am buying the correct sticks

Hi Anthony, These Nordic Walking Poles are adjustable in length and have a useable height range of 100-125cm.
