Lightweight one-person tent with a small pack size
The Gossamer one-person tent from Jack Wolfskin with its small pack size is easy to transport and can join you on multi-day tours. The tunnel tent is ideal for trekking, travelling, camping and bikepacking. It comes with a compressible stuff sack, so it won’t take up a lot of space in your trekking backpack or pannier bag.
Simple to assemble and a stable construction
The tunnel construction and guy lines allow you to tension the tent to keep it stable in strong winds. Additional stability in bad weather conditions is provided by the aluminium DAC frame. Another great feature includes reflective details on the outside for increased visibility. In addition, there are ventilation openings to let the air circulate through and ensure a comfortable microclimate. Thanks to the two side pockets, you can store away some valuables that you want to keep within easy reach.
Optimal protection against the elements
The flysheet, inner tent and floor are made of a recycled material that does not contain any PFC. The airy mesh fabric of the inner tent will keep mosquitoes out. In addition, you can pitch the one-person tent without the inner tent. The Gossamer from Jack Wolfskin comes with a repair kit, so you can fix minor damages.

Recommended use
Expedition Trekking Travel Ultra-light
I really liked it when I received it. I have yet to try it out, but it looks like it's going to be a great lightweight solution. One comment to the manufacturer: it would be better to supply two straps to secure each end of the folded-up tent, rather than those ties, which don't look really durable. I'll replace those with 2 straps.
