It's necessary to have full coverage as you tear up the mountain, and the Icebreaker Oasis Balaclava accomplishes that with soft warmth. So no matter how nasty the weather looks that day, the midweight insulation protects you from the elements while remaining breathable, cozy, and odor-resistant, even on your most active mountain runs. The overlap opening shields you from freezing winds and snow, and it easily pulls down under your chin for milder conditions. There are also flatlock seams to eliminate chafing and a small ventilation flap over the mouth for increased breathability.
