Reviews overview
Disadvantages
This is what customers from around the world say:
I am used to 215 g/m² merino layers (a different brand, made in NZ) so I thought to try something different/heavier. The difference is enormous (which makes me think that my old merinos are not really 215 g/m²) in softness, thickness and warmth. The fit is spot-on. I am rather skinny at 64kg 175cm with 38" chest and the M fits me well (not snug but it will shrink with use/washes so it's ok). Icebreaker fitting guide states M=36"-39" which is quite wide. I think the M would fit quite loose on a 37" chest and snug on a 39". In other words if you are in between sizes I would recommend to size down. The cut is also perfect: the neck is not tight (something I hate) and the sleeves are plenty long. I cannot find defects to this product, the only worry being the 'Made in China' but, for what I can see and feel, I don't think it will be an issue.
