The Women’s Arahi 7 from HOKA are stable and very comfortable running shoes for women that are suitable for heavier runners and overpronators. They are supported at key points by a J frame made from double moulded EVA foam, which provides extra support. Plus, the Active Foot Frame, which is typical for HOKA, ensures a good grip in the sole. This is perfect for those who tend to have an unstable stride.

Strong cushioning and breathable upper material

The very light and airy upper material is breathable and stretchy. This means that the shoes are also suitable for people with wider feet. Plus, they have an elasticated lacing system that makes it easy to adjust the fit. Another great feature includes the padded heel that provides additional support and comfort. Excellent cushioning and comfort is provided by the soft sole construction with a 34mm heel height. The forward-curved meta rocker shape of the midsole provides a nice rolling-off motion.
