Running shoes for the trails and roads
With the Challenger ATR 6 from HOKA you are not restricted to tarmac. This is because the outsole with its lugs ensures optimal traction also on surfaces that are not firm. You can therefore vary your running routes and include longer stretches through the forest or over fields.
The midsole is the centrepiece of the Challenger ATR 6 and consists of CMEVA foam, which provides good cushioning, stability and absorbs pressure points that can occur whilst running over rocks and roots. The sole is formed to enable a smooth gait cycle and a high responsiveness. You can therefore move forwards not only comfortably but also quickly and work on your pace.
The upper material made of mesh is breathable and partly out of recycled fibres. It encloses the foot securely and ensures traction and stability even on long runs.
If you are looking for running shoes that feel just as comfortable on the trails as on the road, then you should definitely take a closer look at the Challenger ATR6.

I bought an Wide version of a shoe, and it fits a lot better than regular version of a two more Hokas that I have. Not that I got any blisters or injuries ona a regular ones, I just feel that my feet was on an edge of them, and with this one I got full fit.
I'm gonna buy wide versions forever from now on :)

First out of the box, ran 20 km on light trails and the shoes feel great. Light trails and parks is where this shoe feels best, but also pavement is an option, so as the title of the shoe says - All Terrain Running. Lets see how long will these Hokas last...
