What UK size should I get

My feet are UK size 28.5cm in length while wearing hiking boot socks and 12.5 cm in width while wearing hiking boots socks. Which size should I get because I fit in a UK size 9.5 Timberland and I fit in a UK size 11 Adidas trainer

Hi Andrew, For your foot length of 28.5cm I would actually have suggested a size UK 10.
